Each year, the Township of Huron-Kinloss undergoes an annual budget process to support operations and deliver the programs and services required to maintain the high quality of life we enjoy in our community.
Through the budget process, choices are made to ensure the services provided to residents align with the priorities in the Township of Huron-Kinloss Sustainability & Strategic Plan: Our Future Huron-Kinloss.
In order to ensure the Township is meeting the needs of its residents, a budget simulation and a short 5 minute survey has been created regarding the 2021 Township of Huron-Kinloss budget. Registration is not required to participate and all responses will remain anonymous.
What is a budget simulation? The budget simulator allows you to visualize the Municipal Budget making process like never before. Make choices about where to spend money, how to bring in revenue; and see if you can maintain a balanced budget! When you are done, submit your balanced (or unbalanced budget) so the Township can see what your spending priorities are.
Feel free to submit both the simulator and the survey or choose one or other. Information gathered helps us understand what is important to you!

Welcome to the Township of Huron-Kinloss Budget 2021 Survey. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential. A report providing basic information about the survey responses will be available in February 2021.
