Drainage issues on Bruce Beach Road per cottage Nr 147(Michnay)

Various postings have detailed the acreage that sources the water that flows down to the Bruce beach area. It seems to me that if money is to be spent fixing the problem it should come from those sourcing the water and not those receiving it. There has been no serious problem at our cottage (147) so putting up anything like $4000.00 seems out of order, ludicrous even.

The cottagers pay near confiscatory taxes already. If work is absolutely necessary, fund it out of the existing tax revenue or work with those sending the water our way!!
