Consultation has concluded

Township Council approved a two-phase approach to the reconstruction project previously scheduled for Woodhaven Rd, Tanglewood Dr, Laidlaw Place, and Ridgewood Rd due to budget constraints.

Phase 1 includes the reconstruction of Woodhaven Rd (from Attawandaron Rd to Tuscarora Rd), Tanglewood Dr (from Woodhaven Rd to Laidlaw Pl), and Laidlaw Place. The completion date for this portion is October 16, 2020. Phase 2 includes the remainder of Tanglewood Dr., Jardine Pl, and Ridgewood Rd.

Both construction phases will include new storm sewers and catch basins, new watermain, road lowering and widening and concrete curb and gutter. These ditches will function solely for the purpose of collecting storm runoff from private properties and will no longer be required for road drainage.

All residents and landowners affected by this project are encouraged to view the construction drawings for Phase 1 and the design drawings for Phase 2. Township staff will respond to any questions or concerns you may have regarding these projects.
