Council appointed RJ Burnside & Associates Limited under the Drainage Act to manage the Park Street Municipal Drain Improvement Project.

Construction has been completed on the Park Street Drain
Construction has been completed on the Park Street Drain (Phase 1) according to the drawings and specifications under the report adopted by Council.
The construction results are being monitored and deficiencies corrected with the warranty period which expires July 2025.
Following the completion of the warranty period and the passing of a by-law to allocate the actual costs of construction per the assessment schedules, the Township will be issuing assessment invoices to impacted landowners.
The Township has a Drainage Assessment Loan Policy which may be appropriate for some property owners.
